From the Simple to the Exotic
Office hours
There is someone in the office from 2:00am until 4:30pm. After 4:30pm, we have answering machines and voice mail for you to leave your order. You may also fax your order. We will ship as long as the order is received by 10:00pm the evening before the delivery. Should you need a special item please call the office.

Online Ordering
If you have a customer user name and password you can order online. If you are currently a customer and do not have a user name and password, call the office to learn about and register for this service.

Special item ordering
Please order any grocery items by noon the day before delivery. If you place a grocery item on the recorder or online we will ship the following delivery day. This is due to the fact that the majority of our trucks leave before 6:00am. Our sources for most cheese, dried herbs and groceries do not open until 7:00am.

In stock
We have in stock - dried cherries and cranberries, walnuts, cashews, pecans, pine nuts, sunflower seeds, chopped garlic, minced ginger and dried mushrooms.
All fresh herbs are sold by the pound. You may order in 1/4, 1/2, 3/4 and 1pound increments.
Processed specialties currently available are peeled Yukon potatoes, yams, parsnips and butternut squash.

Product delivery
Upon delivery if there are any changes to your invoice, please make necessary adjustments at that point. Our driver will call the office for correct invoice totals.

HACCP Program

Simon & Leeman Corp. is a HACCP compliant company. We have been inspected by several different independent inspection agencies on a regular basis.


To meet customer expectations and maintain our competitive position, The Simon & Leeman Corp HACCP Plan has been implemented to prevent risks of contamination.  Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) is the food safety system that will help us in meeting these objectives.

By following the various HACCP processes listed below and eliminating the potential hazards, we are able to prevent food contamination:

·      Inspecting the condition of delivery trucks and product upon receiving

·      Quick product storage and rotation

·      Simon & Leeman trucks are refrigerated to maintain proper product temperatures

·      Warehouse sanitation and pest control plans are in place

·      Employees are trained on managing Critical Control Points (CCPs)

·      A recall team and a product recall action plan is ready if the need to quickly notify customers and recall product ever arises

·      Documenting and verifying that all described systems are in place

All employees of Simon & Leeman Corp participate in the HACCP plan to ensure its success
